• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, vip15 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by vip15

vip15 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide information required for identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Any withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. The user will be notified in advance by email before this fee takes effect.
